This notice covers browsing the Redaxer website and submitting information, contact or demo requests. Updated: 17 September 2026.
Controller

Send a privacy requestName, company, email, telephone, service of interest and message. Dedicated forms may also ask for your role, estimated number of endpoints or servers and the need to be discussed. Processing covers the information you choose to provide in the form or subsequent communications.
Technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request information. The form uses identifiers derived from IP and email addresses to limit abusive submissions. With campaign-measurement consent, UTM parameters and the anonymous OpenAI click reference (oppref) remain in the session; after a successful form submission, only the conversion event, oppref and source page are sent to OpenAI, without name, email or telephone.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to respond and take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Communications from company representatives and general enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in managing relationships and responding to requests (point (f)). Website security and abuse prevention pursue the legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users (point (f)). Any legal obligations rely on point (c). Submitting a form does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional campaigns.
Providing information
Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to submit and handle the request; without them the form cannot be sent. Other fields are optional. Provide only relevant information: do not send passwords, credentials or personal data unnecessary for your request.
Recipients and technical services
Requests are delivered to the company mailbox and handled by the relevant Redaxer staff. Technical and email service providers support the website and communications.

Google privacyMeasures conversions from ChatGPT Ads campaigns only after consent. Redaxer uses the server-side integration and does not install the OpenAI Pixel in the browser.
OpenAI privacyInternational processing
Provider services may involve infrastructure or access from countries outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers must comply with Chapter V of the GDPR through an adequacy decision or other applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Ask about data transfersRetention
For enquiries that do not lead to a contract, the retention criterion is the time needed to respond and conclude any follow-up requested. Once that purpose has ended, unnecessary data must be deleted, unless a documented need to establish or defend a right or a specific legal obligation applies. If a contract follows, relevant records are subject to the obligations and periods applicable to that relationship. For technical data, the criterion is the need to operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate security events. You can ask about the retention of your data at [email protected].
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Send requests to [email protected] or [email protected]. The ordinary GDPR response period is one month; extensions are possible in the cases provided, with notice to you. You also have the right to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The website does not use behavioural advertising profiling. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics; if accepted, OpenAI campaign measurement keeps attribution parameters only for the session and reports a successful form submission server-side with personalization disabled. The contact form does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
